We do not accept returns as all products are custom-made and printed on demand. This ensures each item you receive is uniquely personalized for you.

Replacement Policy

If your order has issues such as a printing error, or shipping damage, or if you received the wrong product, we are here to help. To qualify for a replacement, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item with photographs demonstrating the problem. We will arrange a reshipment of the corrected item at no additional cost to you.

Damages and Errors

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects, or damages, or if you receive the incorrect item. We will promptly address the issue and ensure that you receive the merchandise you ordered.

Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on custom products, such as special orders or personalized items. Additionally, perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also non-returnable. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Due to the nature of our on-demand and customized products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to follow the replacement process for the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
